We undertake research and evaluation studies into:

• business support activities
• urban regeneration programmes, such as NDC
• small business growth
• BME SME development issues
• entrepreneurship
• role of SMEs and Chambers of Commerce in urban renewal and economic regeneration
• impact assessment of initiatives and programmes

We are currently developing impact evaluation approaches to facilitate more effective strategic planning of urban intervention.
