Shaukat Khan

Shaukat has considerable experience of business coaching and training in London. He is an active Member of the Institute of Business Advisors.  He  is currently Chief Executive of London East Ethnic Business Association; running a capacity building ERDF project for BME Social Enterprises in East London.  Prior to that he was responsible for the 'Steps to Enterprise' programme at the Newham College of Further Education and Tower Hamlets College CoVE partnership.  He is an experienced practitioner of the EFQM Business Excellence Model.

Shaukat has successfully managed several community regeneration projects, for example, the 'Excellence Together' project with London East Chambers Partnership, the Pakistani Community Development Project with the League of British Muslims and the 'Business into the Community' project with the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

Shaukat has previously been the Chief Executive of the London East Asian Business Association, Vice Chair of Waltham Forest Towards Employability Board and Chair of Asia Link Network.

Has organised several educational, cultural, social and business exchange visits to India, Pakistan, France, Germany, Holland and Denmark.
