Gulshan Kayembe

Gulshan has been an education and management consultant for the past 12 years. With a proven track record in training and consultancy within the education and local government sectors Gulshan has worked with a wide variety of organisations. The range of areas covered is diverse and includes, for example, leadership and management development, diversity and equal opportunities. Gulshan's particular expertise and success lie in  analysing organisational needs and tailoring training and consultancy packages specifically to the needs of the organisation and the people within it. She has a working knowledge of frameworks such as Best Value and EFQM and has personal experience, current and past, in all the areas in which she provides advice or support. Her work on the Suffolk Police Authority, especially her roles as Chair of Best Value and portfolio holder for training, has made a significant impact on her professional knowledge and skills.
